halloprotag is committed to protecting children and preventing the use of our app for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards describe our zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any behavior that endangers children.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

halloprotag strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or engage with any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempts to exploit minors
• Sextortion or sexual coercion involving minors
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Trafficking or exploitation of children
• Any content or conduct that endangers child safety

Any user who violates these standards may have their account removed, content deleted, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

halloprotag does not allow:

• Sharing, storing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
• Predatory behavior, grooming, or coercion
• Encouraging or facilitating child exploitation
• Links or references to third-party services used to exploit children

3. Reporting child safety concerns

Please include relevant details such as usernames, content links, screenshots, dates, or other information that can help us investigate the report.

4. Review and enforcement

When halloprotag receives a report involving CSAE, CSAM, or child safety concerns, we review it and take appropriate action. This may include:

• Removing violating content
• Suspending or banning accounts
• Restricting access to features
• Preserving relevant information where legally required
• Reporting suspected CSAM or exploitation to appropriate authorities where required by law

5. Compliance with child safety laws

halloprotag complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities when legally required and when necessary to protect children from harm.
